The high-energy TR3 tour kicks off on March 6th in Charlottesville, VA, and will traverse through multiple East Coast cities, culminating in a two-night performance in Bay Shore, NY, on March 28th and 29th. Fans are eagerly anticipating the live performances, known for their improvisational brilliance and the seamless musical interplay between Reynolds, Martier, and Vaughn. This tour provides a prime opportunity to experience the raw energy of TR3 live.
Adding to the excitement, Tim Reynolds recently unveiled Participation Mystique (in the Age of the Mushroom Bandit). This album, recorded two decades ago in Reynolds’ home studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico, showcases his signature blend of intricate guitar work, improvisational flair, and diverse musical influences ranging from rock and jazz to world music. The album is a testament to Reynolds’ timeless musical vision, featuring tracks like “Pathetic Propaganda Ploy” and “Cordially Distant,” and even includes collaborations with NASA space sounds on “Spirit Molecule.” Notably, Participation Mystique includes previously unreleased material along with reimagined TR3 tracks “Revelation” and “Meaning to Tell You,” offering a deep dive into Reynolds’ artistic journey.
Further expanding their discography, TR3 also launched their new studio album, Watch It. This full-length release delves into contemporary themes with TR3’s characteristic playful yet insightful approach.
