Important Notes for New Service Connections:
- Applications received after 3:00 pm may be processed the next business day.
- Properties without recent service (within six months) require inspection before activation.
- Ensure all faucets and water appliances are turned off to facilitate service activation.
Residential Service Requirements:
- Valid photo ID (Driver’s License, State ID, Passport, Visa, or Matricula for Mexican Nationals).
- Lease agreement (if renting) or proof of ownership (closing documents).
- Deposit: $100 (homeowners) or $250 (renters).
- Service fee: $10.
